Slash commands

Type / in the prompt to autocomplete slash commands, or press Ctrl+P to open the command palette. Most commands also have a keybind; Ctrl+X is the leader key (e.g. Ctrl+X then N for a new session). See Terminal UI for prompt features, navigation, and themes.

Project and security

`/review`	Review changes in a subtask: uncommitted changes by default, or a commit, branch, or PR
`/local-review`	Review the current branch against its base branch
`/local-review-uncommitted`	Review uncommitted changes
`/scan-codebase`	Scan the project (or a path) for vulnerabilities. See Security tools
`/owasp-security-review`	Run an OWASP Top 10 review of the project, a path, a commit, a branch, or a PR in the background
`/generate-guardrails`	Generate security guardrails for the project
`/diff`	Open the diff viewer for your git changes

CLI commands

Running symbiotic starts the terminal UI. It accepts an optional project path and these options:

`-m, --model`	Model to use, as `provider/model`
`--agent`	Agent to use
`-c, --continue`	Continue the last session
`-s, --session`	Continue a specific session by ID
`--fork`	Fork the session when continuing (with `--continue` or `--session`)
`--prompt`	Prompt to start with

Other commands:

`symbiotic run [message..]`	Run a prompt non-interactively and print the result. Supports `--model`, `--agent`, `--continue`, `--session`, `--file`, `--format json`, `--security-mode`, `--variant`, and `--attach`
`symbiotic providers` (alias `auth`)	Manage provider credentials: `list`, `login`, `logout`
`symbiotic models [provider]`	List available models (`--verbose` for details, `--refresh` to update the cache)
`symbiotic agent`	Manage agents: `create`, `list`
`symbiotic mcp`	Manage MCP servers: `add`, `list`, `auth`, `logout`, `debug`. See MCP
`symbiotic plugin <module>`	Install a plugin and add it to your config (`-g` for global)
`symbiotic session`	Manage sessions: `list`, `delete`
`symbiotic export [sessionID]` / `symbiotic import <file>`	Export a session as JSON, or import one
`symbiotic stats`	Show token usage and cost statistics
`symbiotic pr <number>`	Check out a GitHub PR branch (requires `gh`), then start Symbiotic Code
`symbiotic serve`	Start a headless server
`symbiotic web`	Start a server and open the web interface
`symbiotic attach <url>`	Attach the terminal UI to a running server. See Terminal UI
`symbiotic acp`	Start an ACP server for editor integrations
`symbiotic upgrade [target]`	Upgrade to the latest or a specific version
`symbiotic uninstall`	Uninstall Symbiotic Code and remove related files (`--keep-config`, `--keep-data`, `--dry-run`)
`symbiotic debug`	Troubleshooting tools, e.g. `symbiotic debug config` (resolved configuration) and `symbiotic debug paths`
`symbiotic db`	Open the local database, or run a query

Run symbiotic --help or symbiotic <command> --help for all options. Global options include --print-logs and --log-level.
